Hotel Atlantic

Rooms (specifically the beds) are much more comfortable here than other hotels like the Concorde. Views aren't as nice as others like the Concorde, but the hotel itself is better. Dining is pleasant and comparable to most local dining restaurants, the breakfast was best described as unenthusiastic. Staff is very warm and welcoming!

Friendly staff and good location, a minute's walk from the train station and easy access to the lake front. The hotel itself was very dated and old-fashioned, our room looked nothing like anything in the pictures. It was very dark and old, some of the things in the bathroom didn't work properly and for 90 euros a night, it felt very overpriced for what we got (no breakfast included in that price). Probably wouldn't stay there again, but the staff were nice.

Nice hotel. However, rooms are small and walls are very thin. I was there on a business trip and was trying to get some sleep, the guy beside my room was on the phone very late and I could hear his whole conversation. breakfast is okay, restaurant on top floor is expensive. But the location is very close to restaurants and other nice spots. Would recommend if you go there to sleep and then go out for the day.

This hotel has WONDERFUL staff. My regular visit to the lobby bar was met by a friendly bartender. Ask for a double poured Jameson whiskey irish coffee! It was fantastic! Location is very nice, directly next to the train station in Arona. This made the touristy trip to Florence very easy! Park behind the large yellow building down the street or you need to pay a lot for parking. Room service was A+. My room was substantially more "dated" looking then my colleges room. My only major complaint in the room was that the mattress was hard enough you might have been able brake an ankle if you jumped on it. Only other item, their idea of "air conditioning" is basically a low volume fan, little to no cold air came from the unit. (I know, that section of Europe is anti-aircondition). Breakfast could use a little improvement as there is little to actually eat aside from 2+ day old pasties and maybe a bowl of cereal.
